I was shocked and dismayed to see so many unpopular opinions regarding a boy and his service dog. Although this boy is disabled and requires a service dog, that doesn't change this hotels distinct RULES regarding NO pets. There are hotels that ALLOW pets and are perfectly available for you. Don't slander a good business just because you didn't get your way! My boyfriend is deathly allergic to dogs and has had to receive a benadryl shot just for being exposed to their HAIR. Sometimes cleaning the room isn't good enough. Especially when the presence of a dog makes your partner go into a seizure. Be thoughtful of others and factor in all perspectives before leaving negative, slanderous reviews. The owner Bob treated us like gold and it turns out some of the 1 star reviews left for this business are fraudulent. They are based off another individual experience. I wish people thought about endangering others before selfishly blaming a business owner that was just following his own rules!
